Message from the President Masashi Ishida

In order to contribute to the creation of a prosperous society that is friendly to people and the environment, Cataler has grown over the past 50 years by pursuing technological development of exhaust gas purification catalysts with dreams and passion. We will continue to evolve toward the realization of a circular society by applying the catalyst technology we have cultivated. President Masashi Ishida talks about our future challenges.

Since its founding, Cataler has grown as a company that contributes to the global environment through the development, manufacturing, and sale of exhaust gas purification catalysts for over 50 years. In the next 50 years, we will continue to refine our catalyst technology, work to solve social issues, and aim to realize and expand our business for the future, venturing into new fields such as hydrogen-related business, FC (Fuel Cell) business, carbon neutrality, and service/experience-oriented business.
In the midst of a once-in-a-century transformation in the automotive industry, the environment surrounding us is changing dramatically at a speed never seen before. By anticipating these changes in the environment and delivering "Cataler value" to our stakeholders through our products and services, we will contribute to the growth and development of a circular society.

We will not only continue to contribute to the environment and society, but also respond flexibly to any changes in business environment that may occur in the future, aiming to be the "Best company in town" that is indispensable to society when we reach our 100th anniversary.
