Cataler develops and manufactures a variety of exhaust gas purification catalysts for gasoline cars, diesel cars and motorcycles. We also produce the metal catalysts for general-purpose engines on bush cutters, lawnmowers, chainsaws as well as for other applications. In addition, our battery material business for next-generation vehicles, which offers electrode catalysts for fuel cells and carbon materials for batteries, is steadily growing.

Unique activities
We continue introducing a variety of Cataler's unique initiatives to realize sustainable success, which include our own business continuity management system to prepare for various threats like earthquakes and tsunami, our challenge to a quality improvement based on the concept of "own-process completion", and our global production management system.

We are pleased to (We would like to) announce that on June 26, 2024, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the election of Directors and Auditors of the company.
At a subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors, the Executive Officer structure was also decided. -
