Notes on enquiries
Please be sure to read the following before submitting your enquiry.
- We will respond to enquiries in order, but it may take time to reply to those sent outside of business hours. Also, depending on the content of your enquiry, we may take some time to respond or may not be able to reply to your enquiry.
- Our reply is intended to answer the specific question of the customer who made the enquiry. We do not permit the diversion, secondary use, or disclosure of any part or all of the contents of the response to anyone other than the customer in question without the Company's permission.
- If your e-mail settings are set to block incoming calls, you may not receive our reply. Please note:
- In order to facilitate prompt communication with customers according to the content of their enquiries, we ask customers to enter their name, email address, and telephone number (hereinafter referred to as personal information) in all of your enquiries. Please note that if you do not provide this information, we will not be able to accept your enquiry by e-mail.
- Your personal information will be used to contact and communicate with you as necessary to reply to your enquiry. For our basic policy on personal information, please refer to Handling of Personal Information.
- Depending on the content of the enquiry, the person in charge of the Cataler Group related to the content of the enquiry may respond. Therefore, we will provide the personal information of our customers to Cataler Group companies (overseas) for the above purposes.
