The theme of this year's president's address was "Commitment and Challenge," which included New Year's greetings and discussions about future plans.
While this year has started peacefully, the environment could change dramatically, and President Ishida emphasized the need for everyone to be prepared to face challenges. He stated that this year would be crucial for executing the GLOBAL VISION 2035 and the medium- to long-term management plan.

Additionally, President Ishida mentioned that the advent of the Trump administration in the U.S. and changes in the European economy could significantly impact Cataler's business environment. Amid these changes, it is important to steadily advance the medium- to long-term management plan, build a strong management foundation with the keywords "Commitment, Innovation, and Challenge," and the theme of this year's company policy is based on this plan. Strong leadership is expected from the executive officers in charge of promotion. Moreover, the promotion of human capital management, ensuring psychological safety, and creating a comfortable workplace environment were highlighted as important.

By utilizing the Koudoukan, all employees should learn and practice fire and explosion prevention, ensuring a safe workplace environment.
Goal: Always aim for a safer tomorrow than today.
Examples: Strive to prevent traffic accidents. Many of the traffic accidents that increased at the end of the year could have been prevented with a little caution, so maintaining safety awareness is crucial.
