Cataler Corporation (hereinafter Cataler) welcomes everyone to participate in our social media service (hereinafter, Cataler's official SNS). In addition, although individual employees may voluntarily participate and express their opinions on Cataler's official SNS, please note that they are merely expressing their personal opinions and do not express the views of the Company.
Scope of this social media policy
This social media policy expresses Cataler's policy regarding the use of social media. This policy applies not only to our directors and employees, but also to everyone who uses social media services operated by our company.
Compliance for use
This website uses cookies and web beacon technology for the following purposes.
- 1. Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the services.
- (1) Acts that violate or may violate public order and morals or laws and regulations.
- (2) Acts that lead to or may lead to criminal acts.
- (3) Acts that infringe on the privacy of others, and acts that violate the "Cataler Basic Policy on Information Security and Personal Information Protection", defined separately.

- (6) Acts of using the information provided by the services or Cataler for commercial purposes.

- (9) Acts that prevent other users from using or accessing the services of the Cataler Group or part thereof.
- (10) Other acts that Cataler deems inappropriate on Cataler's official SNS.
- 2. Cataler reserves the right to delete information and content posted on the site by users, and take other necessary measures without prior notice to such users.
Compliance with respect to third-party damages
In the event that a user causes damage to a third party in connection with the use of Cataler's official SNS, the user shall compensate for such damage or settle any dispute with such third party at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble to the Cataler Group.
Compensation for damages
Cataler may demand compensation from the user for any damage caused to Cataler Group by the user's violation of these Terms of Use.
Disclaimer
- 1. Integrity of information
Cataler does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, legality, etc., of information other than that provided by the Cataler Group, its subcontractors or users in the services concerned. - 2. Third party damages
Cataler will not be held responsible in any way for damages caused to users or third parties due to such information, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Cataler.
Handling of intellectual property rights and personal information
- 1. Intellectual property rights
Users shall transfer to Cataler, free of charge, the copyrights (including the rights under Article 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act of Japan) of all information and content posted on the site or sent to Cataler by e-mail or other means when using Cataler's official SNS, and shall not exercise moral rights of authorship with respect to the use of such information and content by the Cataler Group. - 2. Copyright
Users shall not reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly transmit any information or content obtained through Cataler's official SNS for purposes other than personal or limited private use within the household. In addition, no information, content, etc., on Cataler's official SNS must be used beyond the scope permitted by other copyright laws without permission. - 3. Handling of personal information
The content of the relevant service, including personal information, shall be managed in accordance with "Cataler's Basic Policy on Information Security and Personal Information Protection", which is separately stipulated.
Policy revisions
- 1. Cataler may revise this policy without obtaining the user's consent. In this case, the latest Terms of Use shall apply to the use of the social media concerned.
- 2. The revised Terms of Use shall take effect from the time they are displayed on this page, except when otherwise specified by Cataler.
