Way of thinking towards compliance
Under the management philosophy of "Complying with domestic and foreign laws and their spirit, and practicing open and fair activities", Cataler aims to manage its business with the trust of its stakeholders and is committed to compliance activities, with the establishment of a problem-free internal system and the fostering of compliance awareness as the twin pillars of its activities. We also want to contribute to the sustainable development of society by proactively working to solve environmental issues.
Building a system for compliance
Internal Control Committee
Cataler's Internal Control Committee meets six times a year to discuss important matters related to corporate ethics, and to confirm and deliberate on compliance activity policies, the status of compliance with laws and regulations, the content of reports, and the status of responses.
Building a “problem-free internal system”
Internal reporting system
Cataler maintains two lines of communication: an in-house consultation service (Personnel Department and Labor Union), and an external consultation service (outside law firm) to quickly absorb internal problems and ensure that the company functions in a self-cleansing manner. Since 2018, we have built and operated a global reporting system so that all bases within the Cataler Group can perform the same functions.

Sustainability
The system or process should be properly maintained and preserved, not lose its functionality, and be amenable to further development in the future. For a company, it also means whether it can continue to generate profits without losing performance, whether it is an environment in which employees can work for a long time, and whether it continues to contribute to society.
