Human rights guidelines
Cataler fulfills its responsibility to respect human rights to all people in all countries and regions in which it does business, based on its management philosophy of "complying with domestic and international laws and the spirit of those laws, and practicing open and fair corporate activities." In order to fulfill this responsibility, we have formulated the "Cataler Corporation Human Rights Guidelines."

Initiatives
- We support the "United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights" and promote initiatives to respect human rights based on these principles.
- Our employees and suppliers respect human rights to the fullest based on Cataler's "Human Rights Guidelines" and "Supplier Sustainability Guidelines" respectively, and human rights due diligence, corrections, and education are carried out.
