Net Zero
"Net zero" refers to "the reduction of greenhouse gas or carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions to zero by subtracting their absorption and removal". Since it is practically difficult to completely reduce emissions to zero, it refers to reducing emissions to net zero, and is used almost in the same sense as the term Carbon-Neutral (CO2 Net Zero). Greenhouse gases include not only CO2 but also all exhaust gases that affect the global environment, such as methane. Net zero refers to the state in which the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions is zero by subtracting the amount absorbed by forests, etc.
