Work interval

In April 2019, the "Act on Special Measures Concerning Improvement of Working Hours, etc." was revised, making "work interval" mandatory. The "work interval" is a system to prevent long working hours by ensuring a certain amount of rest time (interval) between the end of the previous day's work and the start of the next day's work.
※At Cataler, supervisors manage work hours and there is cooperation among workplace members to ensure that all employees have an interval of at least 10 hours between workdays.
