  At Cataler, we respect the intention of the first president to "protect existing greenery", and are implementing green space management that retains existing greenery as much as possible. One of these activities is the Wild Bird Forest (Protecting Biodiversity). The bird sanctuary, which is a wooded area with handmade birdhouses and feeders, is home to about 30 species of wild birds. There is also a walking path with recycled wood chips, which is also a place for employees to relax.

TQM (Total Quality Management) is a systematic activity that contributes to the achievement of corporate objectives by effectively and efficiently operating the whole company so that it can provide quality and services that satisfy customers at an appropriate price. The world's highest-ranked award for TQM is the Deming Prize, which was established in 1951. It is named after the late Dr. William Edwards Deming, who generalized statistical quality control in postwar Japan, and laid the foundation for improving the quality of Japanese products to the highest level in the world. Many companies challenge this award to improve their corporate structure to achieve their business goals, and as of 2019, a total of 257 organizations have received it.
